At Happy Vibez, our drips are designed for every lifestyle from feeling sick vibes to feeling Superman vibez. Our drips get all of our clients VIBING in GOOD HEALTH!!

Yes, our infusions are very safe and effective. These same ingredients/vitamins are used in hospitals all over the world. There is always a slight risk of allergic reaction, however we screen all patients and monitor for this during the infusion. Should anything happen, our staff is equipped to handle it and keep good vibez going!

On the average, the process takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on the type of iv therapy chosen.

At Happy Vibez, we have many different types of IV Cocktails and we can customize an iv therapy to cater to our patients needs and lifestyle. Keep Vibing!

MYERS VIBEZ is a popular formula among complementary and alternative medicine providers for IV vitamin therapy. The Myers’ formula consists of high doses of B vitamins, vitamin C, and minerals (magnesium and calcium) mixed with sterile water. You may feel an immediate energy boost after your short treatment session, and some patients with fatigue say their increased energy levels last for days or even weeks

Our “HANGOVER VIBEZ DRIP” eliminates and cures a hangover in minutes. Hangovers are caused because alcohol is a diuretic which causes severe dehydration when used in excess. To combat the dehydration effects, HAPPY VIBEZ DRIPS provides you with 1000 mL saline bags (Lactated Ringers), the equivalent of drinking 2.5 gallons of water.

Office: Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Mobile Concierge: 24 Hrs

Afterhours services are also available for a fee. We also often have extended hours for special event dates and we accept appointments anytime booked/reserved in advance.

There are few medications that interact with the IV therapy. At Happy Vibez we take vitals and conduct a comprehensive history in order to make sure none of our patients are on medications which could have a potentially negative interaction.

Yes. If you need to use the restroom once treatment has started, let the Happy Vibez Tech/Nurse know. Your infusion will be stopped for several minutes to allow you to take a bathroom break.

Happy Vibez, we use small gauge catheters and a numbing spray to make the experience as pleasant and painless as possible.
Everyone’s pain threshold is different. While some people find needles to be relatively painless, others will find this process painful. While in no way is this procedure excruciating, we do have ways of making the process more comfortable. Feel free to inquire.

IV therapy depends on your lifestyle, nutritional demands and hydration level status.
IV’s could safely be used on a daily basis. Realistically, most people do not put such high demands on their bodies where they would need daily therapy. People who get regular IV’s will feel less pronounced effects as their body starts to obtain optimal balance of these deficiencies. Our bodies are 60% water , and body water declines as you age, so to keep the Healthy vibes going , CALL HAPPY VIBEZ DRIPS!!! HAPPY VIBEZ EVERYDAY!

Procedure
1. Wash your hand ,put on GLOVES and Introduce yourself to the client.  Welcome to HAPPY VIBEZ!!!! Explain the procedure to the patient and gain their consent. GET THE WAVIER SIGNED!! Explain the procedure to the patient and gain their consent. GET THE WAVIER SIGNED!!
2.Check the clients details, and check vitals, BP, SA02, Pulse, Lung Sounds and DOCUMENT.
3.Ensure to check for any ALLERGIES and MEDICATIONS AND PRIOR MEDICAL HISTORY:NOTE AND DOCUMENT.
4.Check and confirm  the IV DRIP ORDERED:  What kind of Vibe are they feeling?
5.Note the type of fluid, volume, and time to be given over. Explain all the time and details to the client.
6.Check the fluid bag for any cloudiness or particulate matter present; do not use the Bag if any such impurities are present. (Inspect your equipment)
7.Remove the outer packing of the bag and hang it up on a drip stand.
8.Confirm the client, allergies if any and the IV therapy.  Prep the pre filled syringes with vitamins and
9.Open the giving set and close the flow control using the roller-ball clamp on the line. Remove the cover from the port on the bag by twisting and breaking it off.
10.Insert the spike into the port, without touching the end.
11.Half fill the filling chamber by squeezing it then release the roller ball clamp to allow the fluid to run through the giving set.
12.Ensure no bubbles are in the line and clamp off the roller ball
13.Prep client and inform them of the therapy they are receiving.  Good Vibes Coming!
14.Allow the client to get comfortable, one more bathroom break.  Expose the arm and apply the tourniquet.  Ask the client if there is preferred iv site or arm and make sure to have all your equipment prepped.
15.If using extension tubing or an end cap, flush them with saline making sure to keep the ends sterile. Open the I.V. start kit. Remove the tape and the tourniquet. Prepare the tape. Tear off a piece of tape approximately 2 inches long, and then tear it down the middle. Put the tape on the end of the cleaned table. Tear two more 2 inch pieces of tape and place them on the end of the table. Apply the tourniquet and determine the vein to be used. Remove tourniquet. If necessary, put on gloves and clip the hair over the insertion site to improve visibility. Do not shave the area as this can cause microabrasion of the skin which increases the chance of infection.
16.Position the patient and yourself. Place a pad or towel on the bed below the extremity you are using. Put on gloves. Using approved cleaning agent (alcohol, chloroprep, chlorhexidine), clean 2 inches around the insertion site and allow to dry completely. Apply tourniquet.
17.Using the thumb (or fingers) of your non dominant hand, hold the skin taut 1-2 inches below the insertion site. Grasp the catheter between the thumb and forefinger of your dominant hand. Tell the patient you are going to insert the catheter and to please hold still. Holding the catheter with the bevel up and at a 10-30 angle, pierce the skin quickly and advance the catheter slowly until you see blood in the flashback chamber.
18.Next, decrease the angle slightly and using the forefinger of your dominant hand and advance the catheter forward (not the needle) until the hub is even with the skin. Do not force the catheter forward if you meet resistance. You are now holding the catheter between your thumb and middle finger. Using your non dominant hand, apply pressure 2 inches above insertion site. Remove needle from catheter and activate the safety feature using your dominant hand, then remove the tourniquet.
19.While still holding pressure, attach the end cap or extension tubing to the hub of the catheter aspirate to verify blood return, and then gently flush the catheter. Look for any swelling or leaking. Always maintain control of the catheter.
20.Cleanse the skin with a gauze pad and prepare to apply tape. There are several ways to tape an I.V. catheter in place. One is the chevron method which will be demonstrated in class, and the other is the U method which is seen below. After the tape is applied, cover insertion site with a transparent dressing.
21.After the transparent dressing is in place, tape tubing to the arm, making sure there are no loops or excessive tubing that the patient could catch on the bed rail or in their hand.
22.Once finished taping, fill out the label found in the start kit with the date, time, gauge of the catheter, and your initials. Place the label somewhere on the tape, avoiding the patients’ skin and the area directly over the insertion site. 23.Documenting what you did is the next.
